  • Monthly seasons contain multiple weekly competitions.
  • Each competition focuses on a specific exercise with a set time limit.
  • Competitions run for one week (7 days).
  • You must have an active subscription to submit competition entries.
  • One competition entry per competition – choose your best attempt.
  • Videos must be uploaded to YouTube (public or unlisted).
  • YouTube Shorts are not allowed for now.
  • Camera angle must show full body and complete range of motion.
  • No video editing or splicing allowed.
  • Exercise must match the competition requirements exactly.
  • Submit before the competition end date to appear on the leaderboard.
